Recovery Mask
Overview
A result-driven, multifunctional professional mask that combines hydration, barrier support, calming botanicals, protective ingredients, lipid replenishment, gentle surface refinement, and modern skin-conditioning actives.
Benefits
- Supports dry, stressed, sensitized, or depleted-looking skin.
- Combines humectants and protective ectoin with lipid-rich butters, oils, and olive-derived emollients.
- Aloe, allantoin, green tea oil, comfrey oil, and arnica oil support comfort and a calmer-looking complexion.
- Papain refines rough, flaky surface texture while zinc oxide supports a protected, conditioned skin surface.
How to Use
Apply an even, comfortable layer to clean skin, avoiding the immediate eye area unless the finished product has been specifically formulated and tested for that use. Leave on for approximately 10-15 minutes. Remove gently with cool-to-lukewarm water or soft, damp esthetic wipes; avoid aggressive rubbing. For especially dry or depleted skin, follow with an appropriate barrier-supporting moisturizer. During daytime use, finish with broad-spectrum sunscreen.
Pairing & Protocol Notes
- Follow with an appropriate Dermaki barrier-supporting moisturizer for dry or depleted skin.
- Use within the Dermaki Recovery Facial protocol when professional assessment indicates the skin is suitable for enzyme exposure.
Ingredients
Featured ingredients: Sodium Hyaluronate, Ectoin, Aloe Powder, Allantoin, Green Tea Oil, Shea Butter, Tacuma Butter, Shea Oil, Olive Oil Esters, Zinc Oxide, Comfrey Oil, Arnica Oil, Papain, Tripeptide, and Silver Citrate. Verify the current package label for the complete INCI declaration and the specific tripeptide identity.
Professional Use Note
Papain is a proteolytic enzyme. Its suitability depends on concentration, finished- formula pH and activity, treatment timing, and individual skin tolerance; it may not be appropriate immediately after some procedures or on highly sensitized skin. Do not make sunscreen claims for zinc oxide without required finished-product SPF testing. Avoid medical claims for arnica, comfrey, silver citrate, or an unspecified tripeptide.
